Why pay big bucks and then dump it?

Has anybody else noticed all the one year old+ high buck cars (100,000+) with few miles for sale. Why would anyone spend so much for a car and then turn around and then sell that car for a large discount with few miles? I just don't get it. Look at cars.com or any other car site and you will see that one can pick up super Porsches relatively cheaply.

It is because:

-they have to many cars at one time
-they do not have time to drive each of them
-they always want the best and newest car on the block
