What are you driving when you're not driving your Cayman?

Post a picture!

When you're not driving your Cayman what else are you driving instead?

Is it the family minivan or SUV? Is it a boat? Is it an airplane? Is it a bike? Another Porsche? A Ferrari?

What are you driving when you're not driving your Cayman? Post pics!!!

For me it's this:

question: which is more expensive? the cayman or that ducati ?

how would you rate percentage of acident when riding a sports bike ?

cause i'd always wanted a sports bike too, not necessarily a ducati but a fireblade would be nice

Well the Cayman is obviously more expensive than the Ducati.

The Ducati is $20,000 and the Cayman is $80,000.

But the Ducati is more expensive to insure than the Cayman. Go figure.

Statistically they say you're six times more likely to be killed or injured riding a bike then driving a car.

It's also a lot more involving and a lot more fun. Given a perfect Sunday morning I'd rather be on the bike than in the car. But the car is great for other stuff that the bike obviously can't do.

Anyway, what's everyone else driving when they're not in their Cayman?

i always thought a ducati is like the ferrari of sports bikes but that price seems ok.

six times is a bit of a worry, i am not sure i have six times the luck of a normal person.

I drive a VW santana 2000, and will keep driving that car even after my cayman arrives since situations might call for more then one passenger.

Pedal power. A different kind of bike. When I am not driving my Cayman, I am riding my Bianchi road bike. In extreme situations I drive whatever is in the ZipCar parking lot across the street.

My other "car" . . .

Bought a used 2005 King Ranch Expedition - as a tow vehicle. I was going to get a plain jane used Suburban, but my wife fell in love with the King Ranch leather interior.

Averages about 14 MPG.

+1, got rid of my SUV in March so its CS or nothing. Of course, when winter rolls around again I am going to have to get another 4 wheel drive.
