awesome dune buggy.

It's not a dune buggy, it's a road going sports car!

Amazing on the track. I love Clarkson's dry, sarcastic wit.

I enjoy Clarkson too, except when his own personal agenda gets in the way and causes him to bash perfectly fine cars due to preconceived notions and personal prejudices. I actually prefer the comments of the other guy on the show more (name escapes me at the moment) when it comes to meaningful information. BTW, are any of the satellite or cable channels picking this show up again? I also heard a US version was in the works, but that was months ago and I haven't heard anything since...

You can drive the Ariel Atom in the new PGR3 for Xbox 360, although it won't peel your face back...

I watched last season on discovery 2? I believe it was...

Also, racingflix and others carry the videos after the shows - so it is simple to see the good videos without having to watch all the other 'boring' items such as reviews on the Prius, etc...

i love that show!...cant wait till the new season begins....hopefully soon. its much more exciting to watch than motorweek (which is informative and i still enjoy)..., even though clarkson can make dorky comments (especially with his cayman narrative), his personality adds some fun to the show. the show with the old lady burnouts is my personal favorite...couldnt stop laughing.

JC is known for letting his personal bias creep out with some of his reviews, I agree.

Are you thinking of Tiff Needell? He is also great, but with a more straightforward and objective style.

That was cool. Will it be legal on American roads?

I saw Clarkson very breifly at Willow Springs last month. I didn't get a chance to talk to him, so i'm not sure what he was there for.

The writing for Clarkson's reviews is great I think. I don't mean whether I likes what he's reviewing or not, I just mean the entertainment value of the writing. I love the line about the reality of middle-aged men on motorcycles versus the romantic image of us riding one:

'You're almost certaintly going to crash. So someone you perhaps don't like very much will end up with your eyes.'

That's good stuff.

I read an article recently about how the Ariel Atom will be built in the US, either WA or OR, IIRC. It is street legal in only 3 states, but I don't think they said which ones. I'll try to hunt down a link.
