Felt like slamming my cayman key on the counter to show them that I do drive a Porsche and I would love to buy something from their store if only they acknowledge my presence! But then, I dont normally bring my car key with me on holiday - so can't do the dramatic pissed off customer rant in the shop.
Oh Yes, I do remember that store.

Well...Porsche Design (as a whole) doesn't really market to Porsche car owners. Their specialty is Porsche branded accessories like wallets, purses, eyewear, clothing, cufflinks, writing instruments, etc. at premium prices, so it's no real surprise that their 'target demographic' is the rich touristy-looking person.
In fact, when visiting the local Porsche Design store here in Los Angeles, the salesman I talked to didn't even know there was a model out called the Cayman.
Obviously, this doesn't apply to the Porsche Design Driver's Collection.
