a bit better with keeping my hands on the wheel this time. there was plenty of run-off into the wildflowers, so i pushed Lottie a bit. lost the rear end on the one part of the course with Airport security cars lined up, of course.

must do something about that sound - video cam on order!

still filthy

this morning i took my favorite “i am in earlier than everyone else, so i take the premier parking spot” spot in-between the stairs and cement pillars. so safe. the M5 will snuggle up on the one side, and the AMG on the other, not to mention the hoard of Lexi and an Audi or two.

funny part is that Lottie is still filthy from last Saturday’s AX - the outline of her “888” clearly visible on the side of the car. she is such a bada$$.

the chasecam camera mount fits the handle in-between driver and passenger headrests like a dream (if i were to dream about cams...) it cranks up nice and tight, and the rubber padding lets one screw it up snug. looks pretty hardcore too, as it is certainly not messing around.

my digital camera fits perfectly and quite stable. not sure i have the road angle quite right, but will know after Saturday's AX test. there are extension options available for fine-tuning.

* jack pad (heavy and solid! a quality piece and will keep our Lottie's unders sparkly new)
