Too much time on the board

OK, I'm spending way too much time here.
My Cayman S is on the boat. I have two track days at Watkins Glen next Monday and Tuesday.
I'll be driving my 2007 Infiniti G35s 6-speed. The Cayman S is arriving just a bit too late for this. Probably just as well. I'm not about to redline a new engine for 20 minutes per run on a track.
The Infiniti has 7700 miles on it since I picked it up in Feb. Not bad since I only drive it once a week. Don't really need a car, I goto work and food shop using public transportation. My long hours make driving during the week impractical.
But I still need my two cars. One for Saturday and one for Sunday. Damn, I'm taking such a depreciation hit.
My last car was an 1998 Audi A4 2.8 5-speed. Put 44,000 miles on it over 9 years until it met Mr. GuardRail and black ice.
Blah, snow tires and Quattro are overrated. So this winter I'm going with summer tires and rear wheel drive. Think I'll be OK on my ski trips up the mountain passes?
