This will be my attempt to keep a blog on my experiences with my first ever Porsche - a Cayman S. I've dreamed of owning a Porsche, like many of you I am sure, for many years and now is my chance!

I hope to start off with a blog on my delivery experience, describing picking up my car (after a 4 month wait) in New Jersey and bringing it home to North Carolina.

After that, we'll see where the road leads me!

3 days at VIR

Well, I'm back from my first time at the track with the CS and I've got to say I'm one happy guy! The car was absolutely amazing and the best thing of all was I didn't bend anything up.

This was a 3 day event at VIR, and we got a lot of track time despite Tropical Storm Hanna blowing through the area Friday night and into Saturday. Even though about 6 inches of rain fell in 12 hours, the VIR folks got the track cleaned and dry and we were back to running by 1:00 pm on Saturday....
