With Oz down under and Japan/China/Taiwan/HK/Philippines/etc nothern hemishpere, and Singapore/Indonesia/NZ kinda in the middle, you'd have to call it "Cayman Over Middle Under"....

another indonesian here..but not exactly in indonesia though.

btw, ASIS has been used. at least to my knowledge.
