Cheapest/Best place in Singapore to do rotor/pad replacement?

I was quoted by Stuttgart Auto in Singapore, the price of pad/rotor replacement for all 4 for Cayman 2.7 is list S$4,000 (US$2,857) before discount. Even with a 28% discount it is rather on the high side compared to figures quoted in USA about US$1,200 for all 4.

Any suggestion on an alternate source who does good work?
