2 days ago I was driving to work. I got stuck behind a 80s vintage junkpile pickup with about 7 construction workers crammed into the front seat. Semi in the left lane. No where to go. Then - BAM- the tailgate on the truck opened scattering beer cans, PVC pipe, tools, you name it into the path of my CS at 65 MPH. I swerved like a madman and managed to miss everything...except a cardboard box full of some kind of metal washers or hardware. I smacked the box right on the nose and it busted it open scattering metal parts everwhere. Of course, the driver of the truck took off and did not stop. Standard operating procedure around here. By some miracle, the only damage is a long scuff mark across the 3M clear bra. The bra is not torn and the surface appears smooth. It just looks like a dull scuff mark. My question is this- can this mark be polished or rubbed out?? I would like some opinions before I attempt to fix this problem.

If you think you do not need a clear bra- think again. It saved my car.
