Name of silver paint on lower front bumper vents

I need to apply some touch up paint to the lower front bumper vent that came in silver color on the '06 models. I believe its Artic Silver but need to confirm before ordering the right touch up paint.

Can anyone help?

Thanks

I've been told there is no OEM paint for them if they are the titanium color. Mine are body colored to match the AS paint of the car. A body shop may be the best choice to correctly match what you have.

Your pictures look like your car is AS. Do the colors match up? If so do it yourself options are:
1. Dr. ColorChip fool-proof auto touch up paint kit for chip repair on your car- BMW, Ford, Honda, Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus, Honda, Toyota- all color codes
2. PaintScratch Touch-Up Paint (rs), Spray Cans, Spray Paint, Paint Pens, Car Paint, Automotive Paint

I just ordered the front spoiler lips in the factory Titanium color, and it is indeed a shade darker than the aluminum accents that come on the front grill, side gills, and lower mirror mount.

When facing this problem on my AS 2006, I chose to remove the lips and repaint them with the Arctic Silver (you can do it or have a body shop do it). Because of the frequency of damage to these vulnerable elements, I keep a spare set painted and ready to go on - then I fix the damaged ones at leisure.

Question Repairing Spoiler Lips

I've read numerous posts regarding the aluminum look spoiler lips, but have not come across one discussing how to repair them. Mine have been victimized by road debris. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to repair them? I would like to have a smooth finish before I repaint them. I am considering repainting them to match the rest of my cobalt blue 07 CS, but if anyone knows which color Porsche uses for the aluminum look, I would consider that as well.

You can use body putty for repairs. I used Bondo Glazing Putty. Then prime and shoot. I used the paintscratch products, and paint to match the body color.

These spoiler lips are so inexpensive that it is not worth the expense to sand them and refinish them. They can be purchased in the original titanium color that was standard on the '06 CS, or in black which can be painted the body color. You may even be able to buy them color matched albeit for a higher price. I wanted the titanium lips to replace the white (Carrara white) ones since I have the aluma-look colored grill, side vents and lower rear mirror mount.

BTW the stock titanium color is a shade darker than the aluma-look color but is not really noticeable on the car.

Hey, I just noticed my post count hit 300 on this post.

Thanks for your suggestions. I may also consider RobMason's suggestion and get a second pair in titanium for a spare and paint my current pair to match the body color. Sort of a Jekyl and Hyde look.

Where do you get them and how much do they cost?
