+1 for me too. My only leather care product that I use after many years of experimenting.

Meguiars sells an Interior detail spray that smells nice, leaves a matte finish and does a decent job cleaning up dust and dirt.

I like Zaino leather conditioner for the smell and conditioning properties - used it my last 5 cars.

I tired Meguiars and everything else from Autozone, and needless to say that I now have to spend $80 to get rid of the cheesy shiny protectant after having that stuff put on. I agree that almost everything from that store is ****. There goes my money out the window.

Hide Food

I have used Hide Food (by Connolly) for many years. I originally could only get it from Rolls dealerships but is now available on the internet (as Hide Care). I have 25 year old cars that people comment on as smelling like new and it is a great leather preserver. I use it on leather furniture as well. It requires regular (somewhat laborious) application and even saddle soap every 5 - 6 years but I haven't found anything better. If "new car smell" means to you the smell of leather I recommend it. If you are looking for the outgas odors of various plasticizers, adhesives and mold release compounds look elsewhere.
