What Interior products do you use for Cleaning and Conditioning

Sorry if this has been discussed, I couldn't find any previous threads. I was wondering what products you are using inside of your Gator. Are there any products that do a good job and still maintain the kind of matte quality the seems to exist intially. I think I have seen products like this for the dash and such, but I didn't know about the seats. I'd like to keep that same feel as the car initially has if possible, but still keep it maintained and preserved inside.

Thanks,
Jeff
