I was thinking of printing up some cards with the website logo and address along with something like, "If you love your Cayman as much as we love ours, come check out our site."

I would hand them to any Cayman drivers I happen upon. Leave one on the windshield of a parked Cayman if I saw one.

Any objections?

What about including my screen name on the card and having an award ribbon category for recruiting new members?

The more folks we have around here, the better it gets IMO. Better ads. better group buys. Better classifieds. More knowledge. More questions about Porsche's hand and 911s.

Sorry if this offends anyone trying to limit the post traffic.

Check this out: forum site cards?? and no waive!!

I've yet to see another one standing still and only two in total not at a dealer put if I ever do I've got some index cards ready.

I just put myself in the shoes of a Porsche Cayman owner who receives a business card like invite to "check out" an exclusive Caymen user club. I think my reaction would be positive and i would be mpressed and feel very special that such a club exists and someone has taken time out to notice my car and want me as a member ! I see no issue with this and if someone is insulted that they found such a card on their windshield they can choose not to respond and just toss it !
I then think about having a bunch of these cards in my car and when i drive up on another Cayman i can use the card to begin a discussion ( ice breaker ), and it also demonstrates my loyalty to Porsches' and also to a club I am proud to be a member of. I like the idea, lets go to press ! oops, better wait until we hear from the club's official stance....

I know that I got a business card from Papa in Austin that was really cool, but it was something he did himself.

I honestly don't see very many Cayman's to warrant business cards, but when I do meet fellow Caymanites, I always mention this website and write it on the back of my work business card.
