Highway Robbery!!!

I took my CS in for its 20,000 mile service today and the bill was a whopping $530.00. What a bummer... $95.00 for interior air cleaner!!!. Oh I have an K&N air filter in the car and they didn't change that. I guess I just need to vent!!!

Oh one other thing the radio worked when I took it in and now it doesn't

So are you planning to take the car back to get the radio looked at/fixed, or are you just going to leave it the way it is?

Aren't you afraid something else won't work after you take it in again?

Well, I kind of have a long history with my dealership. I'll give them another chance. After this I'll probably have to drive to Phoenix for service and repair.

Well, you know if you take away the price of the air cleaner and break the price down to 3000 miles oil changes (typical car), it comes out to be around $65 an oil change. That may be a little easier to accept, maybe...... maybe not.

My 20k miles service here in LV was $627... and I was charged $97.38 for the cabin filter... I don't (although I will agree, the cabin filter seems steep) find it all that unreasonable for a service interval of two years. I would take my Honda in four times in that time-frame...

What did you expect maintenance on a fairly-exotic $70k sports car to be? People need to figure this into their plans when they buy an expensive sports car like this.
