Hot Wheels

I was at Target yesterday, in the toy section, and I was rummaging through the Hot Wheels looking for cars for my son when I came across this baby!!!! Not a great quality but hey it was 97 cents. Target only had it in Speed Yellow (Kman's eyes just lit up!!!!) but the website shows a silver one. If anyone with a Speed Yellow car finds a Silver one, I will happily trade.

I picked up a box of 10 Hot Wheels for my son last week and in the package was a Speed Yellow Cayman S.

I suspect you will be at Target in a matter of minutes.

I don’t think anything gets past K-Man S. And I was hoping I would have the opportunity to put one in his stocking this Christmas. I guess I will start a collection for my 14-month old son. It's never too early to do that.

I found silver with beige interior Hot Wheels 2007 CS models at Auto Zone 2 months ago--$1.97...

Correction--it was Advance Auto Parts that carried silver 2007 CS Hot Wheels models...

Matchbox has a 1958 356A, a Boxster, and a 911 Turbo. No Cayman yet, I don't think at least.

I bought the refrigerator magnet set at Porsche which includes a speedyellow Cayman (also a Carrera and Cayenne; the Cayman is in my collection case, the others are on the fridge!). Much better model with accurate wheels, instead of "Hotwheels" wheels, and an interior.
Of course if you collect Hotwheels or Matchbox, you've got to go there. Otherwise, for the cost-is-no-object folks on this site, as I recall, the set is $20.

Now, K-Man S, I want to see pics after you open up the Hot Wheels car and add some speed yellow interior pieces, maybe new seats, etc. It would be great if these could be live feeds on the site too

Incidentally, one of my son's favorite cars. I'm going to have to see about painting it silver though.
