Individual Memory Option

Another question while reading the manuals before my car is delivered this weekend.

My car has PCM 2.1, but not Sports Chrono. In the PCM manual (section 2.2.3 Individual Memory) it discussed how you can use PCM to program things like lights, locking, etc. for each key). But it says this is optional equipment. I looked and I think this means one also needs Sports Chrono WITH PCM to do this. Am I correct? In this case I'll need to ask the dealer to do these things ahead of time. It's just that I've seen people here say it can be done with PCM, but no mention of Sports Chrono needed as well.

I believe you need SC+ to be able to control lighting, locks and AC.
