Well, I learned last night that the Cayman is probably the worst car to try and make-out in.
All the car wants to do is drive and it gets upset if you try and direct your attention sideways to the passenger beside you. The extremely side-bolstered seats point you straight ahead and the center tunnel and handbrake get in the way and discourage any hanky panky. The car does not want you to fool around, it wants you to drive fast.
Anyway, I managed to make-out a little bit but you have to remove your shoes, put the handbrake down, lean the seats back as far as they'll got and basically contort youself in ways that are not natural.
That funny.. other reviewers have praised the Cayman for its generous amount of head room. Perhaps you are just doing it wrong. I suggest you consult the manual.
You are just not being creative enough or maybe not flexible enough. In high school I had a couple of dates in a Fiat X1/9 (mid engine very similar if not smaller interior to the Cayman). Just let me tell you that anything can happen if you want it to
the trick is to get both people in the passenger seat,...
don't forget the conveniently stowed blanket and chilled champagne (chom-PAG-nyah) in the front boot. "now how did that get in there...?"
*wink*

This reminds me of a little story my professor told me about. He was working for a consulting company doing boat design and well, they took into consideration the ergonomics of "extra curricular activities", keeping in mind the legroom etc. and ceiling space as well as the rest of the surroundings of the cabin of the boat to facilitate it.
After this ridiculous design criteria, my prof proceeded to quit his job.

CNN did a piece on the introduction of the Ferrari 360 Modena back in 1999. It was done at a racetrack in New Jersey with a large group of riderless horses, to emphasize the great horsepower of the new car. A number of potential owners, along with some who had actually placed orders for the new car, were invited to attend, and rides were given by professional test drivers. As the female commentator interviewed two middle-aged prospective owners about the merits of the car, one remarked: "There's a lot of sex in these cars." The other quickly added: "If you're very limber!" Where there's a will, there's a way!

+1. If I could do it in my Triumph GT6, you should have no problems in a Cayman, which is a luxury suite in comparison. Besides, unless you still live with your parents, or the object of your affections is your mistress, take her (or him ) home.
the Cayman is a bit more of a turn-on than a CalKing
*grin*
...you make me want to woo00ooo0oooh000oooooo!
