I'm not sure how anyone missed this.
It was covered for 3 months in a row in our monthly email newsletter. If your email address in your profile is correct and you have the checkbox checked to receive admin emails and newsletters you should have received this in email (also check your spam filter and make sure you accept email from webmaster at caymanclub dot net.
In addition it was a sticky topic thread in the Cayman Chat forum for 3+ months on the heels of the photography contest.
I'm sorry people missed it but we sold out of the entire printed lot of 150 plus about 20 more calendars that had some minor defects at a reduced price (that was also another topic thread). We based our printing run totals on how many pre-orders we received and based on the pre-orders we went with 150, ultimately sold 170 so perhaps next year we'll print 200.
I don't have any extras, I almost forgot to save one for myself. Some members did buy more than one so perhaps someone has one they want to part with, but seeing the demand who knows maybe they are collectors items already!
As far as getting a reprint done, the cost to do the setup again (there is a setup for each printing run regardless of number) plus the per item rate on something like 50 more calendars would probably make them $50 or so each. If someone wants to pony up the funds to print 50 more up front I'll gladly call the printer and ask for it to be done, but I just don't see it very likely that something like that will happen.
BTW in JDRob's case it says he joined the site in November 2007, by then all of the calendars were sold out although I think the defect calendars were sold around Thanksgiving and by December were all gone as well. Sorry folks! Stay tuned for next year's calendar.
In the mean time the Cayman Club Screensaver is a bargain at $10 and includes all of the Calendar photos plus several more. See the Cayman Shop link above for details and ordering.
