How are we doing on attendees and break even for you? I noticed yesterday that we have 48 signed up so far. Pretty good!

Just as an update if you are trying to fax your ticket form into the IMSA / Road Atlanta folks and the fax # on the sheet doesn't answer, you can also fax it to 770-967-1252 and it will get to the right person.

I'll have to double check the actual paid numbers what you are looking at are registrations which don't tell you how many people per registration nor which ones have paid or not.
I *think* we reached break-even this past weekend in terms of payments, but of course that is on our projected costs some of which won't be final until after the event is finished when we get the bill from the hotel for everything, but I'm pretty confident that we won't lose money in the end. If we end up making a little I'll put it back into the event or it can go to the charity raffle funds or something.
Speaking of which would non-attendees be interested in being eligible for some of the raffle prizes?
We also have 10 registrations for which the people do not return my phone calls when I call them to ask them how I can help them complete their registrations since they have not yet paid and finalized.
I just ran the latest report and we have 56 people who have paid to attend the event thus far with 14 people who have registered but not yet paid. If all of those people come through and pay and attend we'd have 70 people at the event. My top end projection was 75 people so we may end up pretty close to that. Some people have told me that they won't know until last minute whether they can go or not.
I faxed in the ticket form before I left for Japan, including the shipping fee, and my card was charged shortly after so I know the order went through, but upon getting back 3 weeks later, I have not received the tickets. Wondering if others have received tickets or if they will be released later?
In my experience ordering tickets for ALMS at LimeRock, we won't get them until about a month before the event. They probably aren't even printed yet.
That said, give them a quick call and report back what you found. My credit card has been charged too.

As a note I heard back from the autocross chairs in the Peachstate Region and here is an update on the autocross:
Our October AutoX venue is White Water (official name - "Six Flags White Water"). It is just off of I-75, north of Atlanta accessed by the GA 120 offramp. From their website; "Take I-75, just north of Atlanta, to Exit 265 (formerly Exit 113). Follow the signs to the park."
Their address is:
Six Flags White Water - Atlanta
250 Cobb Parkway North
Marietta, GA 30062
Cost is $30, Helmet is required but fire extinguisher is NOT.
They are going to take sign-ups via clubregistration.net a few weeks before the event. So what I am going to check on is whether or not the names and info we've already collected for the autocross can just be transferred to them within the tool, then the local region can collect payment either via the tool or at the event. When I receive more info I will pass it on.
