You're doing it wrong. Not C0ckster. Coxster. As in Cayman-Boxster.
I'm pretty sure he meant Carerra-Boxster. Clarkson spent a good portion of that episode showing how the 3.4L Cayman fit "too well" between the 911 and the Boxster.
Yokaaay...........but WHERE is 5th Gear on American television?

Correct.
Never seen Fifth Gear in American TV Stations.
I've always had to resort to the web.
Torrents are wonderful
...some say he dresses up in a black costume with pointy ears at night, and drives a car that resembles a tank. Other's may call him Batman, all we know is, he's called The Stig

That makes even more sense, but still points away from the penis-insinuation.
Fifth gear has a totally different host of presenters and a different "feel" to it too. Fifth includes Vicky Buttler-Henderson and Jason Plato (who drives BTCC) and is a lot more focused on producing a show about cars than top-gear which is often a bit more showy than it is about cars.
Jeremy Clarkson never did say he's a good driver, and just as well because he isn't. This also explains why they have the Stig to do the hard-core driving for them, while 5th gear has Tiff, who used to race single-seaters I believe, and Plato, who still races.
Tiff did indeed use to be on top-gear, which is probably where the confusion comes from. You can find him in videos of either show, depending on how old they are.
I have never seen it on American TV...just web sources.
It was on-air a couple years back in the States. Disc or BBCA or something. Top Gear is better, although I did dig the girl on the show that could drive.

Good grief... It's a coupe version of the Boxster, or a coxster.
Next time its raining I'm going out late to find an empty parking lot to practice The last maneuver is the easiest I think, or at least the one that I have done without any problems - never tried the first two.
Been there, tried that... oh and did I mention on a TipS
I Went to watch Wanted , the movie where Angelina Jolie drives that red Viper and is an assassin, etc. Anyways, the movie let out past midnight and the parking lot was empty along with a little drizzle, too much testosterone and not enough brain cells took over . I based the J-turn off of what I had seen in Bond films etc, so I had no ultimate understanding of the process, but knew the general process. Anyways, put her in R and got up to about 22 mph (seems REALLY fast when you're going that speed backwards). I turned the wheel to the left as fast and as hard as I could... no tires skidded... no J-turn......picture a shopping cart going 2 mph backward and it turning around in a 10 ft sweep. So I pretty much made one large semi circle . Ok I knew I clearly wasn't going fast enuogh. I didn't want to go too fast for I had a fear of the tires coming out of alignment, a wheel falling off (heaven forbid!!!), or anything breaking or coming loose/ undone. I tried a final attempt at 30-35 mph... had a little skid action, but it worked! While I had that 1/8th turn to go, I put it back in M, my exit speed while going straight was around 10mph/ slow. Pretty cool trick! Will never use it, advise any other curious Tip owners to not do it, and won't do it again.. unless of course I encounter a mob going down a one way alley and have to make my movie exit in reverse and flee the scene .
