Winter storage on tire dollies

Winter is coming closer in Sweden and with a little effort i might
be able to fit two cars into my garage if the Cayman is "pushed" against the wall.

I have found something called wheel dolly which would help me manouver the car into position. Has anyone ever used these products with the cayman or has any ideas if there be any problem having the car on them all winter ?

Thanks

Hans

I used them when I stored a 1963 Corvette Coupe over the course of 6 winters. I never had a problem with them. As I no longer own the 63 Corvette I now intend to use them this winter when I store my CS on them.

Should be no reason why they would be a problem. There is good information about winter storage in your Owner's Manual that you might want to read and at least two very good threads here on winter storage that are helpful. The only issue is that if you fail to over inflate the tires before putting them on the dollies is that you will probably have "flat spots" for the first several miles when you put the Cayman back into service. But check your OM for guidelines to prevent that.
