Any news on performance exhaust?


Specifically dyno testing and warranty issues.


We need more proof of HP gain and how it effects the engine.

I have just talking to Porsche GB they have one due in June for the next model year!

I believe Champion Motorsports has a Tubi exhaust available. Not sure about performance gains or price.

speedart will have something available very shortly, i think my performance shop told me the middle of next month. kit includes, headers, full exhaust, ECU programing, etc. may be able to get stages too. Also, techart has similar options.

i am waiting on this mod for someone else to be the guinea pig. even though i really want to do it. curious if it will really be worth the money for a performance package.

just a cat-back exhaust would be kinda cool. no real HP gain, but might give the cayman a meaner growl. Just an FYI....from what i have heard, it (the noise) wont be as noticable in the 'cabin' because whole exhaust is behind you unlike other front engine cars (like my ole audi, it got alot louder inside with a cat-back).

My Cayman may be gone...but not forgotten.

I wouldn't mind a good set-up but I am not going with anything until I see dyno results.
