This was taken on 7/1 and its me in the CS chasing two friends around the track. No overtaking in corners as per the rules and no overtaking in the straights cos of horsepower but a lot of fun regardles. The two other porsches are both 997 911S's, and the one without the writing on the back has an X51 power package.
All in all, not bad for $40,000 cheaper than the more expensive of the two cars. He was trying to get me to swap cars for a few laps but I told him I couldn't afford to pay for his if I crashed it so no dice.
I was at Willow a few weeks ago for the first time and i loved it. What kind of lap times were you turning? It took me most of the day just to get comfortable going through turn 9, but i ended up doing about 1:45s by the end of the day. I can't wait to go back!

Nice video. Even without passing allowed, it seemed very similar to K-Man S' video against the Viper. They pulled away from you on the straights with their greater HP, but you kept catching up on the turns, especially the big sweeping one before the long stretch.
I was on stock PS2's with sport mode on. Great track, great day. Speed Ventures runs track days every couple of months in SoCAL in various tracks and apart from the heat it was a perfect day.
I would love to go, There is an event with PCA on July 22nd, I am not able to make that one. How can we get info on Willow Springs and when the track is open?
