Sounds like sales and marketing at work, I'd imagine that they could throw out one maybe two speeding tickets before they start raising eyebrows and are unable to get the courts to dismiss the violation. But if this is legit, then that is so awesome and gd i'd be jealous. Someone find out if this is available in California, just incase...
