i was one of the "lucky" few who has had to get the clutch, flywheel, and pressure plate changed due to loose bolts from the factory. i got the car back and now my clutch engagement is much later than it was. first, and reverse gear selections are more difficult than they used to be, and they did not re-align the exhaust tip. yes, the car is going back. has any one else experienced the change? i only drove my car, and one with a tip, when i bought her, so i dont know where the clutch hits on an unmolested car.

Man, this happened recently? Wow, I'd assume that wouldn't continue to occur. It happened to me too and it felt the same way to me after the fix. Clutch engages much further off the floor and it's more difficult to get into reverse. I haven't driven another Cayman, but I think that's the way it's supposed to be.

No way is that the way it is supposed to be. Mine engages between 2" to 3" off the floor. Your adjustment is off.
