It is on the lot, but not ready for viewing till late tomorrow. I will be there with my camera as soon as he says come on down. It is Artic Silver and he didn't even know what color the interior was, obviously not as excited as I am!!!
You are really going to enjoy this. I saw the Cay for the first time today at Pacific in Torrance and I am very pleased. It is even more amazing in the metal. Not bad with your shipping to Hawaii. It took as long for Torrance, CA to get a car from San Diego as Honolulu.
I would have never thought I would get one here before you! Look what I found today at a little craft shop. The best part was it had a sticker on the back marked 75, and I said I want it but not that bad!! She for 75 cents!! I couldn't believe it so I bought 2!
Were you able to take any pics? My dealer didn't seem to excited about my taking photos. He kind of hesitated a bit and I told him everyone is doing it! So he said yeah I guess so.
I am sure they will let me photograph it tomorrow. It was still being prepped when I saw it. In fact, the engine compartment was open and I had a good look. I sat in the car for a bit as well, but they still had coverings on the seats.
It is Arctic Silver just like the rest that have been posted so I don't think my photos would add anything.
The Cay looks great in Arctic Silver and I am really relieved about that. Now just hoping I will like the Cocoa interior with it.
The Cay looks good in anything! Honestly there is not one color I do not like, just some I like more than others. Artic Silver is rich and does the car well. It is probably the most classy color or they would have not picked it for the show models.
My dealer will have his car ready for viewing tomorrow night and I will take some pics, but as you said there isn't much more we can photograph on the car.
Sat in the Cay tonight here in Vegas. My saleswoman called me yesterday. When I arrived it was in the center of the showroom covered with a black cover. As shetook it off I realized how great this car really looks. At 6' 3' I thought I was going to have problems, but I fit just fine. And I have a 34' inseam. The quality on the car seemed great, and after a few minutes people were surrounding the car to get a look. Like everyone on this forum the wait is proving too much, but the reward will be more than I expected.
Each one of these reports makes it a little harder to wait, but as grandma use to say 'anything worth having is worth waiting for'. I never did understand that but I think I am begining to.
