400 arriving in SoCal?


I was just informed by a colleague who is active in PCCA that there are (or will very very soonbe) 400 or so Caymans at the dock in southern California for western US distribution.


Anyone else heard of this, or is this just one of those fly-by-nite rumours?

There are ships at sea with Caymans on them, but that number sounds a bit high...

I was at the Pomona Fairgrounds today and saw 50 Caymans all the launch spec. for a dealer ride and drive. Spoke with the Michelin factory rep. every car had Michelin's for tires. The group stayed at the Marriott in Ontario and did some classroom instruction on features and benefits. Pretty cool seeing all those Caymans lined up!!!!
