I am awaiting delivery on a Cayman with Natural Brown full leather interior, Natural Brown instrument faces and matching leather steering column. I have not yet seen the Natural Brown instrument faces in person, but found two cars at Porsche of Santa Barbara with both Natural Brown interiors and instruments. One of the two (a Carrera), also had the Natural Brown leather steering column. Interestingly, the Cayman has black numerals on the instruments, and the Carrera has white numerals. I would have thought that, with any particular color instruments, the numerals would always be the same color. I don't know which I prefer, but I will be getting the black ones, apparently. I am glad that I opted for the colored instrument faces, and can't wait to see them up close. 987f

That sounds interesting. Make sure you show us some pics once you get them.

Is that because one was an S and the other a non-S model? Non-S cars have black dials and white numbers while S cars have white faces and black numbers. I wonder if they carry that over when you order special color dials.

Alan, I can only assume that it is to differentiate Caymans and Carreras, as both cars are "S" models. 987f

I know that this is not natural brown, but it may tide you over. It is sand beige from my 911:

Full Sand Beige CS.

You know, one thing I really like about the Carrera gauge cluster is that the typeface used for the numbers is much more 'businesslike' or 'racelike'. The playful, script-type used in the Cayman is not as nice to me.

Not a big deal, but if I had a choice I'd take the Carrera numbers.
