Wanted to announce that we(Tischer Porsche) are Cayman Club Sponsors!
I am still relatively new to this business but I just wanted to extend myself to all of you that might have questions regarding these cars and Porsches in general. I trained as an audio engineer(college/professional) and despite a good career working with the US' largest public radio syndicate, I chose to follow my love, Porsches.
We are located just north of Washington, DC and just south of Baltimore, MD(roughly 25 minutes from BWI airport).
In my signature is a link to a page that I made outlining all of the Cayman/S cars that we have in our inventory. It is always changing and we have all of our 2008 slots open for orders.(just filled the last 2007 with a cayman clubbers order) We are also very open to doing locates if you want your car sooner.
You mean 15%, not 11%. But yes! A hardy welcome to the club.
Yes, I meant 11%. It is hard to expect the dealer gives out 15% on a Cayman; they have to make a living too . But for parts, they have much higher markup. Based on the poll, http://www.caymanclub.net/poll.php?d...lts&pollid=103
getting 11% is possible. However, this may be under special situation such as left-over 2006 etc.
Since you are a couple hours driving from me, I won’t be able to enjoy the benefits of your good service. Therefore, the motive for me to drive down to pick up a Cayman has to be price driven. I always do my homework, the time needed to spend on me is very little. In the past, I spent less than 15 minutes at the dealer.
