MOR had their rerun of the August wash-out today at Mid-OH and it was miserable--45 degrees, mist or rain with a breeze out of the North.

With the temperatures as low as they were, traction was non-existent. Lot's of spins and a few banged fenders. Also, It would seem that the sealer they've applied on most of the turns has really made them slick in the wet.

The long range weather forecast looks mostly dry for next week but I'm all done with this track for this year--out of 5 event days, 4 days of rain

I was supposed to be there, yesterday.

However, once I saw the forecast the night before and thought about my rear tires just above the wear indicators, I thought "I'll pass."

I may consider the DE for 10/20 and 10/21. I'll check the LT forecast before I register.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck, 4 out of 5 wet track events is horrible!
