I have a friend who asked me that question and I could not provide him with an answer, so I figured you guys might know this.
What telemetry devices are out there on the market that record your track data, which you can analyze on your PC? I am talking about something that is available to an enthusiast without $1Mil budget.

I've got the Driftbox, which is a $250 upgrade from the $500 Vbox. It just adds information about drift angle, which is interesting, but questionably worth the extra money.
Great system, easy to use. Just take the memory card out of the unit and pop into your computer. They have some track maps to download, so they may have your track already. Unit suctions to your windshield, and you are ready to go. Great support too.

Does the racelogic software show friction circle data per corner? I have been trying to work out how detailed the data is in the drift/performance box.

I don't know what 'friction circle' data is. A phone call or email to them would clear that up.
AIM is great for pro's, but for 1/2 the cost you can get the traqmate. for anyone except the professional the traqmate is more than you will ever need.
