track day at laguna seca

speedventure will have two days 2/2-3 weekend at laguna seca.
a bunch of my friends are going.
if you plan to go, put "john hua discount" when you sign up (some where in the comment section when you reg), the orangizer aaron will reduce your fee by $20.

hope to see some of u there.

Still not a true dry sump...what is the advantage? Learn me some knowledge. :-)

yep definitely not a dry sump. but joel-cs has one and tracks his car hard. seems to work. from what little i can gather basically not too different from mantissport sump extention.

there's a pic at Suncoast Porsche, Audi, & VW: X51 Oil Pan with Baffles

think u need to trim a bit of metal to get it to fit.

just a little engine insurance for $240.

Yes, I have this. It is not as deep as the Mantis baffle, but has worked for me so far. Lots and lots of hard track miles and running strong!

Mooty - did I see a GT3 next to your RS in your sig over on Rennlist?!

yes, god help me, someone forced me to buy a 996gt3, again.

i have BOTH mantis pan extension AND X51 pan... it helps, but that's never my prob. my was only limited to PS.
