It cuts off the top part of my vision to the rear using the inside mirror. Not the diagonal brace -- that's not a problem at all -- but the top curved hoop effectively lowers the view out to the rear by an inch or two. So, I can see near objects, but not cars in the distance.
The only solution I can think of is to lower the mirror, but talking to glass guys there is some risk of breaking the windshield in removing it. Great.
Anyone else deal with this problem? Solution?
OTHERWISE THE ROLL BAR IS TERRIFIC. Quality design and construction. FIA approved. Absolutely no issues with the install. Does not interfere with GT3 seats in the slightest. No squeaks, no rattles. A couple of pics below.
Don't have a suggestion about the mirror, but I'm curious about that trim around the cut-out on the strut tower cover - what is it and how did you do it? It does give it a more finished look.

BBI (sponsor) also sells one, though they call it a harness bar
and TC Design also manufactures a roll-bar in addition to harness bar
Those are the only ones I know of right now.

Looks like a nice install. Where do the front attachment points mount?

It's a slotted, pliable plastic trim with an adhesive in the groove. Nice stuff.
I'll ask the installer what it's called and where they get it.
Thanks - I'll have to Bookmark that for future reference.
