I tracked once with my 18s since I got the car. Normally my CS roll on 20s, have a track day on Sunday. Thinking about tracking it with 20s this time around. My question, I am running 235/30/20 in the front. Its pretty ultra low profile, under hard cornering, how will the tire hold up, since there isn't much sidewall available for flexing comparing to 235/40/18 I been running at the track. Any input?

If I were you I would stay away from using the 20" wheel and tire combo. 18's would be your best bet, and they seemed to have been working for you so far. I just don't think your clearance with the 20's would hold, safety should be your number 1 concern.
Plus where are you going to get track tires in 20"??? You should stay on 18's, they are better suited to track driving than either 19's or 20's on the Cayman, you are only going to hurt your experience going to 20's, I don't recommend it at all.

After watching the tuner Cayman showdown video with the Sportec, Techart, Speeart. Their cars were running 20s mostly, look like fun and haven't try it yet.
Oh well, guess I'll go back to 18s this Sunday.

I've run mine on the track several times with the 19" street PS2s when I've been traveling too far to drive on the track tires... and it's been great... I like the 19s - and I autocross in the PCA showroom stock class all the time with them - won my class at the Porsche Parade last year on the 19s and will be running on them at this year's Parade in Charlotte about 10 days from now.
