What kind of transmissions do racing Caymans use?

I was watching a video of the MSpeed Cayman and noticed that the driver seems to be simply flicking his gear shifter down for each upshift and visa versa.

What do they put in these cars?

might have seqential gear boxes similar to that of a bike gear box. if the driver is just flicking forward and backward, then its probably the case.

but i don't know about the cayman forementioned so don't take my word for it.

ms cayman and several others racing in europe have NOTHING to do with street cay. they motor is different, the rear suspension is differnt too, not struts.
