New Track Video

I have some new (very clear) HD footage of my track day yesterday. I bought a camera mount and the light was good, so you can clearly see the revs and speed all the way around the track. I want to upload 1 lap (1min 29 seconds) in as higher resolution as possible. Does anyone know if I can upload a largish file to this site?

K-man... if your out there, do you have any thoughts on this? Its good looking video...

OMG, there are some awesome videos there.

Watch this 997 turbo haul *$&: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...25653771768896. There is a Cayman later in the video, though not as well balanced as the turbo.

O.K. You can download some good quality videos from my day on Friday from here:

1 lap: (20mb) http://www.dtdesign.com/david/Sandown-DT-20606_Lap.mov
Longer video (70mb) http://www.dtdesign.com/david/DT_San...0606_Long2.mov

Quicktime 7 required.

Turn up your sound! I have over an hour of footage from this day, but wanted to keep the quality high (and therefore the video short). Thats a GT3 RS with race slicks up ahead in the distance.

Dt,

I also approved the link in the files section. I got some good HD video this weekend and am currently compiling an 8-1/2 minute toe to toe battle with a 500+ hp Viper that I will put up when done, hopefully it won't be too large and bring the server to its knees... I am rendering it in 640x480x32 mode albeit in widescreen, when I try rending at 6mbps for full HD it doesn't work so I need to call Sony and find out what is wrong with their software....

Thanks Ken.

I rendered my video out at 640x360. I used 3000kb/sec and used H264 codec (Quicktime). The quality of each frame at 1080i is just amazing. I thin we have the same camera. I ended up buying a Manfrotto Magic Arm and superclamp to secure my camera which worked well. There were a few bumps, but they add to the effect!
