i hate it when this happens...i couldn't believethe video'till i saw the stats in car and driver. i guess on any given day...there is always someone faster, stronger or smarter.
I saw that before and I think I would want a rematch. The Cayman also hits 0-60 in under 5 seconds, 4.8 sec to be exact says R&T. I think the Cayman driver was female, just kidding!!! The Cayman was a manual and the Jeep was auto so I think the jeep got the jump on the CS and the drive of the CS just let him go.
Oh no!! I am not being defensive, but 'smoked' I just think that is the wrong adjective for that so called race.
Those Jeep SRTs are quick but if taken on a track I'm sure the Cayman will eat it alive. The street they raced on seems a bit short and narrow too. I think the vicinity of the cars to each other probably played a part too. I'd be weary of racing in such a tight road.

If these cars are that close with their respective 0-60 times that race would have been almost dead even. Something else was wrong with the Cayman. In other words if the Cayman is a 5 second car then the Jeep would havehad to have been a 4 sec car, and it is not!
