That 1.31 lap is the very same lap we timed you on and we were standing in the grandstands as I could see as you went by! You should mention that the M3 was a gutted car with roll cage and lots of mods vs. your basically stock Cayman S (springs I think right?)

sleepless what data aquisition do you use? also do you know what pin on the obdII port you use to get the RPM to display, I heard it was pin 6, can you confirm. I use traqmate. Also my friction circle is opposite to yours, when you turn left the g's are to the right, yours goes in the direction you turn.

I am using a Race Technology DL1.


I doubt obdii data is pin-related. it delievers a serial data stream so you need an obdii cable and something that interprets the data.


You can get the RPM from one of the wires off the ECU or from a spark plug coil. I don:t the details for the Cayman though.
