Mooty do you have pics of the wheels? I've always liked Fikse's but I purchased a set of BBS wheels last year, not sure I could swing yet another set with the new baby...
Can you relate your experiences with these mods, specifically, if you noted a quantifiable difference in your personal lap time at Laguna Seca with each of the upgrades? Thanks.

wheels wont make you faster, but tires will.
i went to moton and RA1 at the same time. about 5 seconds faster at LS. mabye more, can't remember.
i am very used to moton coil overs so oem stuff seem too soft to me so i dont get the confidence i am used to.
Mooty,
Sorry to hear you are selling the Cayman, but a GT3 RS is a special car and not a lot of people are going to get their hands on one. Of course I expect you to bring it to Cayman gatherings in your area and I'll be looking for you on the track somewhere. In the interim if you are anywhere near me at any time you are welcome to drive my car on the track.
bummer man... I just had the wife test drive one today and she's pretty impressed so I think we'll end up getting one. She did say "Don't you have some other Porsche one the way in May/June, why do you need another one?". I didn't have an answer to that. Trying to get James to sell me his white one

ken, i will continue to chat on the caymanclub board.
alex, tell wife that the cayman is for HER.
your new car is of an ugly color in puke, loud, and rough. you had to buy the cheaper green car to save enough money to buy her the nice cayman.
as my wife is well awar that the RS is a stripped version of the GT3, thus much cheaper. heck who would believe that a 100k car has no sun roof, right.
