Tail light replaced

Went today to have my left tail light replaced. I had the car sitting the other day outside in the sun for a few hours and when I went to park it in the garage the left taillight turn signal was all fogged up. Checked no damage, went to the dealer last week, they ordered a new light and then today installed it. They have not seen this before. The moisture was only in the turn signal part. And it only showed up when the lens got warm, parked in the garage the moisture would not show.
While there I took some pictures of a car they had in for some work:
