Exclamation Help! Squeaky Brakes driving me insane

I have 15K miles on my car, it's never been tracked and the brakes are driving me insane! The squealing occurs when I apply light brake pressure. It's gotten so bad that I have to brake very late approaching a stop sign, red light, etc which is becoming a hazzard. Think of nails on a chalk board x5. I took the car to the dealer and it squeked all the way over on my trip when applied. 4 hours later they said they didn't find anything wrong and couldn't hear anything , are you nuts? Deaf? So when I left the dealer, to my suprise there was no squeking at the first stop, but you guessed it, the squeals were comin on a full blast after that. Please help me, somebody help me! I swear, I'm not going crazy!(The technicians beg to differ) Is there somekind of simple remedy or product I can do or buy to prevent this?

try doing a few hard stops to get rid of glaze that may be on the pads/rotors...this would happen to me before on my street cars, and all i needed to do was go to an empty road and go up to 45mph and get on the brakes hard until you come to a complete stop...do this a few times and squealing should be resolved...

let us know if it works for you...

Try flushing them out with a water hose or the pressure washer at the DTY car wash. Then back up fast & lock the brakes up. Been doing this for years. Never had a noise problem.
