Thumbs down a few plastic interior parts quetions

I had to get these parts repainted because the paint was pealing off. Anyway, I had them put back together and I realize it is not even. I pushed down a little ( tweeters ) with force and it just pops right back to the current shape. Man, I don't know if I'm too anal or not. When I touch it it made a plastic to plastic contact sound.

possible to get rid of these scraches or it's permanent?

I recall there is a carbon fiber for this piece somewhere on this site. Anyone knows?

possible to get a snap back in a new " TRIP " or I have to take out the PCM unit?
