Wing/ Spoiler

I have one complaint that is really nit picky. I wish there was some indication that the wing/ spoiler is raised. It would be cool if the led in the switch would light as it is automatically rising above 75 mph.

well if you hit 75 then you should already know its raised and during that time if you fall below 55mph then you should know that it has lowered itself.

Someone else said the same awhile ago and one of the funnier comments was "do you want an indicator light on your refrigerator telling you the light went out when the door is closed"...well I thought it funny anyway. I seem to remember someone actually wiring a light so you might want to look for that post if you really want a DIY answer.

+1

Have only dummy (idiot?) lights on my Volvo S60 but previous owner of my '75 914 added oil temp and voltmeter, been a life-saver.

And almost first thing I did when driving our 911 TT was to hit that button for the wing. Wanted to find out if I could see it in the mirrors. You can - if you lean over just right, or move the mirrors

How about a rear-facing web-cam that could display on the PCM?

It wasn't a light, it was a beeper siren of some kind. Check out this thread and you can see the YouTube video of the modification in action.

Sorry, it looks like the video has been removed, but it was so funny.
