Porsche says replace the cats!

I had a code in my ECU related to failure to warm up the cat properly on start-up, it was an intermittent code, but Porsche came back with the decision to replace my cats. Ok by me, so at some point I'll get new cats, which of course will be removed shortly thereafter for the install of my Miltek exhaust prototype! They haven't pulled the cats off yet, so no idea if there is any relation or not.

I think you were meant to test the prototype. The white residue was a sign.

I too had this code pop-up in my ECU, twice. After two trips to the dealership, Porsche decided to replace the pre-cats. The parts should come in (hopefully) by Wednesday.
