Steering Wheel Play


I've noticed that there is a little play on the steering wheelmovingit back/forth. It has not had any impact on the car/driving, however I just wonder if it's normal.

RedEye, By back/forth movement I meant in-out and 1/4 inch is about right.

Very little wheel play on mine? It is pretty direct. Should get more input on this. I have 19' SDwheels & Sports Steering Wheel also.

Hmmm.... I have the sport steering wheel and it has an 1/8' in/out movement. Barley noticeable, however if I pull on it toward me I can feel it. I guess I'll ask my service adviser if that's normal.
