blue residue on inside of windshield

has anyone else noticed a blue residue on the inside of the windshield? its very little, not everywhere and in thin linear streaks about one to two inches long. i have auto a/c and i live in hot , humid florida so the a/c is on all the time. i found the residue a few weeks ago and cleaned it. i noticed today it is back. i have not cleaned it with anything. does the cayman s have some special a/c freon that leaves this residue? i do have the condensation problem that other threads have mentioned with the auto ac, but i haven't heard of this problem.

Its probably a typical problem with most newer cars. The plastics and polymers of the car give offfumes over time and one of the areas we'll notice it is on the inside of windows. The accumulation may slow down eventually, but it will probably never totally stop. These also are what contribute to that new car smell. I think about the only option is to clean the window when you notice it and eventually you'll probably notice you're cleaning it less often.
