What kind of dyno? For a DynoJet, most stock numbers are around that figure, again you can't really compare dyno to dyno. What you can do is start making changes to your car and run it again on that very same dyno to see what the delta is. I have seen stock Cayman S's dyno from 220hp to 272hp on a dyno, again depends on the dyno as to what they show. You could also get another stock Cayman S to run on that same dyno and see what it produces.

Not to nit pick but a 15% loss would be 295HP at the crank X .85% = 250.75 HP RWHP. 257 RWHP is a tad less than a 13% drop which is about as good as it gets. Or then again maybe the loss really is 15% but the crank HP is over 300.
Sounds like 20" rims is heavy and affects inertia hence rwhp.
There was an article in Car and Driver a few years ago where they tested various wheel sizes, weights, etc. against a dyno. I remember that there were more losses the bigger you went, in general, but 228 hp seems awfully low. Dyno must have been pessimistic also.
