The charts you show above prove my point, the first one is basically flat once over 6000 rpm with only a minor 1-3 hp fluctuation. The chart showing 405hp at 4500 rpm isn't a Cayman or isn't a "normal" one that's for sure and so isn't relevant, the last charts show exactly what I mentioned, HP being made up to redline. Your dyno chart shows an 11hp drop after peak and then a gain. If it is the smoothing software then fine, but it doesn't correspond to other dyno charts which you've just proven for me.

I thought you said something was wrong with the car because it peaked at 6200RPM, all of the dyno charts I posted peaked at 6500RPM or lower. only the two from IA peak higher, closer to 7000RPM.
here is another one from vivid peaks between 6200-6300RPM

Your car either has something wrong with it, or it is peaking higher and your graph just doesn't show that well, only one of those graphs you posted shows a discernable peak earlier and that is the one that is a turbo or supercharger or someting because it is way out of whack, the stock one show peaks around 6750-6800, there are lots of other dyno charts on this site that show the same thing, I think it is the smoothing software being used that it is out of whack.

I haven't done any emissions testing as of yet, sorry.
Are porsche owners also included in the APR Holiday Giveaways? Just saw the website, your giving away a trip for 2 for the Koni challenge and some turbo kits.
I will post the dyno as soon as I have the it sent to me. APR software, APR exhaust, IPD Plenum and K&N filter 305WHP and 266FTLBS on 93oct. The plenum makes a louder whoooooosh sound when I accelerate. No CELs, no rough idling, no power loss or bucking at high RPMs.
This is all Power to the wheels WHP
305HP / 266LBSTQ:
The plenum is the piece that goes between the Cayman throttle body and the intake runners. The factory piece is a long black plastic tube with a divider down the middle. There are aftermarket replacements which are designed to allow the air to flow easier/faster into the engine and increase horsepower and torque.

Is this with the new APR program optimized for the plenum?

For those not familiar with the DynaPack dyno, its considered to be a very accurate chassis dyno bacause your car is not strapped down to rollers. The drive wheels come off and the DyanPack units are bolted right to the hubs. It uses hydraulics to load the engine. Several speed shops (Porsche included) have them in my area. The Mustang dyno is mostly used for high HP cars, 500+HP.
I did get get similar graphs from my last car, Volvo S60R AWD, when dyno-ed which we determined was due to the AWD and traction control.
