So Did You ever Get your Softronic Flash ? I have Done a REMUS Exhaust,De-Snorkel,K&N Air Filter and Softronic Flash Still trying to raise the $$$ for the plenum then I will DYNO. If My Numbers are correct this is what I should have .. Stock Hp = 245 Remus = 18 To 21 HP - K&N 3 to 5 HP - De-snorkel 3 to 6 HP(could be more could be less) - Softronic Flash 15 HP - Softronic Plenum 13 to 15 HP - Total on Low side = 297 HP Total On High Side = 307 the only wild card here is that with the Remus and the Increased air flow these Numbers could be higher ...MORE then a stock 3.4 Liter is what I am shooting for

Yes, I have Softronic. I think you are being VERY optimistic. But when you dyno, I am happy to bring my car for a baseline. Or do you already have a baseline somewhere? You know that you can not just dyno the car and get a straight answer as to how much power it makes? It will be a number between 250 and 350, that basically means nothing if you can not compare it to a baseline. But I hope that you do get to 300 HP, that woul dbe great!

BTW, 18 HP for Remus? I thought that they advertise 5? I am going with fabspeed... I want to compare. When do you want to get together?

I hate to burst any bubbles here but the numbers you are talking about coming out of a 2.7 have got to be over stated. I have a 2006 CS with a full exhuast B&B exhuast, desnorked with EVO air filter, underdrive pulley and a REVO flash. Rear wheel horsepower on the car was right about 295 according to the shop that dynoed the car for the previous owner. They also indicated that the care was pretty close to its maximum performance. Now I am sure that you can argue that Softronic and Plenum will push you further up the HP stream but 305 HP is asking a lot from the 2.7. Maybe I am missing something in your calculation and you are referring to HP at the flywheel and not rear wheels. Just my thoughts.

I would agree with STLPCA, your numbers are very enthusiastic, and I also think that your adding up the increased HP from each mod, which is never the case.

It's well-documented in the forums here that you can't just take all the extra HP each mod is claimed to make and add them together in a linear fashion. Some give-eth and some take-eth away, and some don't do a thing when other mods are made to the motor. If you really think these mods are going to get you 50-62 horsepower from your 2.7L, you're dreaming.

So I can expect the Softronic flash and Plenum combined with a Remus exhaust (Yes Tomasz 19 and 21 HP PRINTED DYNO) and my other mods to lose power? SHOW me your well documented 2.7 liter MODS losing power MR try and look but you wont find any because they are arent ANY,Only 3.4 .Lets not forget the 2.7 has YET to be tested in this forum with all these mods so just HOLD ON A MINUTE THERE MR BUBBLE BURSTER.you know that the 2.7 produces MORE power per liter then the 3.4 so lets just trash that little equation ok .3.4 = 86.76 per liter 2.7 = 90.740 per liter. very much in the same manner as the Honda Indy cars going from a 3.5 liter to a 3.0 Liter on their indy cars. Producing a higher power at a higher RPM and they way they achieved it was by going with a smaler dissplacement and changing the Intake system. This is a different motor so how can we assume it will react the same as the 3.4? IT WONT So let me get my Plenum on and I will post a DYNO ok .If its lower then 280 to 285 HP then I will sincerely apologoize and recognize your intelligence as superior.lets just SEE ok
